Terms of Service
Last updated: March 25, 2026
Welcome to the AIMA platform ("AIMA" or "the Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Service Description
AIMA is an AI-powered platform for installing open-source AI tools. After running a single command in your terminal, AIMA's AI Agent automatically detects your operating system, installs all dependencies, configures and starts the target open-source AI tools (such as Dify, ComfyUI, Open WebUI, etc.). Currently supports macOS, Linux, and Windows.
Eligibility
You need a PC or laptop running a supported operating system and basic familiarity with terminal/command-line operations. The service is currently in its early stage, and some features may require an invite code.
User Responsibilities
By using the AIMA platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
- Take ultimate responsibility for operations executed on your device
- Keep your invite codes, device tokens, and other credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized third parties
- Understand that AIMA's AI Agent will execute system commands on your device (such as installing packages, modifying configuration files, etc.), and confirm that you are aware of and consent to this
Security Notice: curl | bash Pattern
AIMA's entry point uses the curl | bash (or PowerShell iex/irm) pattern. This means a script is executed directly in your terminal. While we security-review our scripts and deliver them over HTTPS, you should be aware that:
- This pattern executes commands with your current user privileges
- We recommend reviewing the script before running it (view it first with curl -sL https://aimaservice.ai/go)
- Do not run this command on untrusted networks
- AIMA's installation scripts are publicly auditable
Free Tier Terms
AIMA currently provides its services free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or adjust the scope of free services in the future. Free services are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees regarding availability, continuity, or specific features. Changes to service terms will be communicated in advance through platform announcements.
Intellectual Property
The AIMA platform's code, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party open-source tools installed through AIMA (such as Dify, ComfyUI, etc.) are governed by their respective open-source licenses. AIMA does not claim any intellectual property rights over these tools.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The AIMA platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform
- For system changes or data impact that may result from AI Agent operations on your device, we recommend backing up important data beforehand
- The functionality, security, and reliability of third-party tools installed through AIMA are the responsibility of their respective maintainers
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, abuse of platform resources, or harmful behavior. You may also stop using the AIMA platform at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
